Memento Mori Doctor Plague Bookmark

This bookmark features a plague doctor, from the 17th-19th century era. The mask held flowers or herbs to protect the wearer, a belief of the time. I've accented with glass bead charms and a small skull charm. I've added these to a black velvet ribbon. Memento Mori, Memento Vivere. In other words, clarify your existence by acknowledging death, specifically your own. It's been said better but I hope you understand the reference. This isn't just a morbid reference, but a call to live life to the fullest.
